Matt has been in the fitness industry since 2002, earning a BSc (Hons) and MSc in Sports Science and qualifying as a Physiotherapist in 2009. He served as a physiotherapist and assistant coach at the 2012 Paralympics in London. As the Head Coach and Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist at CrossFit Esher, co-founded with his wife in 2014, Matt is pioneering precision shooting in functional fitness with Ergshoot™, and developing palm cooling technology to enhance sporting performance with Halo Perform.
Alistair brings considerable experience in scaling and leading high-growth teams across various sectors. He has successfully collaborated with companies to develop software and product offerings that deliver value to customers. An avid CrossFit enthusiast and a Colt's rugby coach, Alistair is passionate about fostering teamwork and excellence in both sports and business.
Flo is a seasoned professional in game production with extensive experience at PlayStation, where she has successfully managed European productions and her expertise in gamification and human psychology drives her passion for enhancing user engagement and innovation. Flo has made a significant impact on her local community by promoting health and wellness. She blends scientific acumen with analytical skills to inform strategic decision-making.
