ErgShoot was born from a shared passion for fitness and precision shooting. Originating from Matt’s CrossFit Affiliate (CF Esher), Matt & Florence, set out to create a new kind of challenge—one that would test athletes’ endurance, strength, and composure under pressure.

What started as an in-gym competition quickly evolved. Initially using archery, we soon transitioned to laser pistol shooting, refining the sport into a hybrid endurance and precision test. Our goal was to create a standardised competition, where repeatability ensures measurable progress and fair competition.

Our vision is bigger than ever, to establish ErgShoot as a global sport and take it to the Olympic stage, with LA 2032 as our target.

This is just the beginning. We are on a mission to make ErgShoot an international phenomenon, building a global network, bringing together athletes from around the world to compete in a sport that demands endurance, precision, and strategy like no other.
